Getting Started
Download Citadel AI from the App Store, open it, and tap Scan to analyze the WiFi network you are connected to. In about 15 seconds you will see the devices on the network, open ports, and any detected threats — with plain-English guidance on what to do next.
To turn on the VPN, tap the connect button on the VPN screen. One tap routes your traffic through an encrypted WireGuard tunnel.
Managing Your Subscription
Citadel AI Pro is available as Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans, with a 3-day free trial on the recurring plans.
- ▹View, change, or cancel a subscription: open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions (on Google Play: Menu → Payments & subscriptions).
- ▹Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- ▹Restore a purchase on a new device: tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall or settings screen.
Billing & Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are processed through them. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google, use the Play Store order history. If you are unsure, email support@citadelcyber.ai and we will walk you through it.
Troubleshooting
- ▹VPN will not connect: confirm you allowed the VPN configuration when prompted, toggle Airplane Mode off and on, then try again.
- ▹Scan shows no devices: make sure you are connected to WiFi (not cellular) and that local network access is allowed in your device settings.
- ▹App feels slow on public WiFi: that is usually the network, not the app — try moving closer to the access point.
