1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Citadel AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Citadel AI for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

3. Acceptable Use

Citadel AI is a defensive security tool. You agree to use it only on networks you own or are authorized to assess, and only for lawful purposes.

• ▹Do not use the app to scan, probe, or attack networks without authorization.
• ▹Do not use the VPN to conduct illegal activity, distribute malware, or infringe the rights of others.
• ▹Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to circumvent the licensing or subscription controls of the app.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Citadel AI offers a free network scan and a 3-day free trial, plus Citadel AI Pro subscriptions on Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and do not renew.

5. Refunds

Because purchases are processed by Apple and Google, all refund requests are handled under their respective policies. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds, but we are happy to help you understand the process — contact support@citadelcyber.ai.

6. No Guarantee of Absolute Security

Citadel AI substantially improves your security posture on public and untrusted networks, but no security tool can guarantee absolute protection. The app is provided to help you make informed decisions; you remain responsible for your own conduct online.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRYHAT Cybersecurity LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
